Dawn has been involved with DAMA International for many years, primarily at the local chapter level, as DAMA-MN President, multiple times since the 1990s, and consequently is a lifetime member. She was a past DAMA International Chapter Services VP. Recently, she also served as PC Committee Chair for the QSG - Quick Start Guide, a reference for new and restoring chapters.
- Her key goals in this position for the next two years are to encourage collaboration among the presidents of existing chapters as well as new ones. To share and leverage the experiences we have had around the world. It is also important to continue to help the multitude of chapters remain or grow stronger, broadening the DAMA International Chapter member’s base.
Dawn is passionate about Data Management and holds her CDMP. She has been a professional in her field for 30 years. Her current employment is as a Sr. Enterprise Data Architect in the Title Insurance industry. She has spoken at over 20 EDW or DAMA I events and served as university adjunct faculty teaching data courses, sharing her knowledge and practical experiences. Dawn is an advocate for collaboration, sharing information among professionals and strengthening Data Management practice worldwide.
