Missy Stewart

Missy Stewart has over thirty years of experience in data modeling and data management. She has shared her experiences and passion through speaking at major conferences across the globe such as Enterprise Data World and Data Modeling Zone. She is co-leader of the University of Wisconsin Extension master’s in data science Advisory Board where she contributed with the development of the program’s curriculum. 
 
Missy currently serves as President of the Wisconsin DAMA Chapter. Missy has held various positions on the DAMA International Board of Directors as VP Chapter Services, VP Conference Services, and US Regional Coordinator. She has a strong belief in the value of community and bringing people together to provide value and best practices.

Her interest is to run for the position of President of DAMA International. DAMA has been a big part of her career and her life in general through education, relationships, networking, professional development and watching the data management practice grow and excel.
 
She is very proud of the time that I have committed to DAMA at the local and international levels.  
 
Her goal would be to continue and improve the support, execution, and development of data management practices globally
 
She will continue to improve upon the efforts already set forth by the DAMA International Board of Directors to ensure practices are applied uniformly and consistently.
