- Pay the applicable annual Affinity Group membership fee, which supports the group’s activities and operations.
Spotlight: Data Executives Affinity Group
Who: Data executives, Chief Data Officers (CDOs), and other professionals in data executives roles.
What: A community focused on advancing data executives globally, supporting members in leveraging data for strategic decision-making, and creating a professional standard for data leadership.
When: Launching on June 2, 2025
Where: Online and in-person through DAMA®’s global network, with exclusive access to resources on the DAMA® Member Portal.
Why: To foster collaboration among data executives, provide targeted educational resources, and propose the development of the Certified Data Management Executive (CDME) certification.
How - Join the Data Executives Affinity Group to connect with peers, share insights, and help shape the future of data executives. To participate in the AG a person much be an active Individual Professional Member in good standing and hold a position that qualifies them as a data leader, which would include chief data officers, individuals otherwise identified as data executives in the organization or in their professional work. Individuals seeking membership must submit a current resume or CV listing their professional title and experience in a data leadership role. A LinkedIn profile link showing their professional background, or relevant certifications or credentials.
