Christopher Bradley
DAMA International® Fellow 2025Christopher Bradley has been instrumental in shaping the global data management profession for over four decades. As Vice President of Professional Development for DAMA® International, Past President of DAMA® UK, and primary author of DAMA-DMBOK® 2.0, Chris has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing data management education worldwide. He became the inaugural CDMP® Fellow in 2016 and received the DAMA® Lifetime Achievement Award for exceptional service. Chris has developed and delivered CDMP® certification training across more than 20 countries, personally mentoring hundreds of professionals. His authorship of multiple books, including Data Modelling for the Business, and his role as examiner for professional certifications have established him as a thought leader whose influence spans four continents.

Catherine (Cathy) Nolan
DAMA International® Fellow 2025Catherine Nolan has dedicated over three decades to advancing DAMA® International through exceptional volunteer leadership and community building. As VP of Conference Services for 12+ years, Cathy transformed DAMA®'s conference program through her strategic partnership with Dataversity, growing Enterprise Data World into the premier event for data management professionals. Her 30-year membership in Chicago DAMA®, including service as Past President, demonstrates sustained chapter-level leadership. She received the DAMA® Community Award in 2011 and the Emeritus Lifetime Member Award in 2015. Beyond organizational contributions, Cathy co-authored The Audacity to Spy, taught data security and privacy at McHenry County College, and holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

DAMA International® Fellow 2025Deborah Henderson has made transformational contributions to the data management profession through her visionary leadership of the DAMA-DMBOK® project. As Senior Editor and Project Sponsor for both DAMA-DMBOK® 1 and 2, Deborah orchestrated the creation of the most authoritative body of knowledge in data management, engaging over 120 practitioners globally in its development. Serving as President of DAMA® Foundation and former VP of Education and Research for DAMA® International, she championed professional development and academic partnerships that elevated data management to a recognized discipline. With over 25 years as an independent consultant specializing in data governance, she received the DAMA® Community Achievement Award in 2010 for her sustained dedication to educational resources and professional standards.
