Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Vernalha Ribeiro has been working in data for over 20 years, following the evolution of data and technologies throughout that time. He has served DAMA Brazil since 2020, and is currently the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) at DASA.

Vernalha is also an MBA Data Governance instructor at FIAP Institute. His mission is to promote the growth of knowledge on the importance of Data Governance, especially in Brazil, through training programs, certifications, workshops, and both in-person and online events at universities and MBA programs.
