Data Related

• Built out a multi-disciplined data and information department based on data industry best practices and service.
• Created a first-class data services team to operate the full lifecycle corporate structured data stores achieving highly integrated mission critical data stores with only two 5-minute planned application and technical maintenance and close to zero unplanned down time.
• Introduced enterprise information management through two streams. One focused directly on data architecture hands-on skills and the other on raising understanding and commitment to data governance, data quality, metadata, and data provisioning.
• Created enterprise architecture inclusive of business, information, technology, and solution components
• Blended content and structured data to be collectively information focused assets all having a clear line of sight to the one Corporate Information Model
